아웃룩에서 읽은 메일에 대해 회신(Reply)하거나 다른 사람들에게 전달(Forwarding) 한 뒤,

읽은 메일 창이 자동으로 닫히게 설정하는 방법입니다. 

[옵션]-[메일]에서 ‘회신 또는 전달할 때 원본 메시지 창 닫기’ 항목을 check하면 됩니다. 

아웃룩 2007에서는 [옵션]-[기본 설정]-[전자 메일 옵션] 버튼을 클릭한 후, ‘회신 또는 전달할 때 원본 메시지 닫기’ 항목을 check하면 됩니다.

Dermandar 사이트는 별도 Photo 소프트웨어 설치 없이도, 온라인 상에서 파노라마 사진을 만들어 주는 웹 서비스입니다. 가입이나 사용자 계정 등록 등의 아무 절차도 필요 없습니다. ( http://www.dermandar.com )

CREATE 메뉴에서 파노라마 Photo로 변환할 사진들을 선택하여 업로드 하면 바로 파노라마 Photo가 만들어집니다. 만들어진 파노라마 Photo에 Google Maps를 이용하여 Geo 태그를 지정할 수 있으며, 생성된 파노라마 Photo를 본인의 로컬 하드디스크에 저장할 수도 있습니다. 또한 Demandar에서 운영하는 갤러리에 업로드하면, 다른 사람들과 공유도 가능합니다.

윈도우7에서 미디어 플레이어를 다시 설치하려면

원래 윈도우 미디어 플레이어는 윈도우 설치 시 자동으로 설치되므로, 프로그램 추가/제거 항목에서 삭제가 불가능합니다. 그리고 윈도우가 기본으로 설치하는 미디어 플레이어 버전보다 상위 버전이 있는 경우에는, 상위 버전 설치로 미디어 플레이어를 다시 설치할 수 있습니다. 하지만 현재 사용하는 윈도우7의 경우, 윈도우7에 포함된 미디어 플레이어 12 버전보다 상위 버전이 없기 때문에, 미디어 플레이어를 다시 설치할 방법이 없어 보입니다.

다음 설명하는 방법으로 윈도우7에서 미디어 플레이어를 제거 후 다시 설치할 수 있습니다.

  

1. [제어판]에서 [프로그램 및 기능] 항목으로 이동합니다.

2. 왼쪽 메뉴에서 [Windows 기능 사용/사용 안 함]을 클릭합니다.

3. [미디어 기능] 항목에서 [Windows Media Player] 항목을 uncheck합니다.

4. [확인] 버튼을 누른 후 시스템을 재시작합니다.

5. 다시 [Windows 기능 사용/사용 안 함]을 실행합니다.

6. 이번에는 [미디어 기능] 항목에서 [Windows Media Player] 항목을 check합니다.

이렇게 하면, 미디어 플레이어가 제거되었다가 다시 설치됩니다.

윈도우7: 시작 메뉴의 검색에서 네트윅에 공유된 파일까지 검색하기

윈도우 7을 실행하는 컴퓨터에서, 시작 메뉴의 검색 프로그램 및 파일 상자에서 파일을 검색할 때, 인덱싱되지 않은 라이브러리의 파일은  검색 결과에 포함되지 않습니다. 따라서 검색 프로그램 및 파일 상자에서 네트워크 위치에 저장된 파일은 검색할 수 없습니다. 

1. 다음 레지스트리 하위 키를 찾아,

   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SearchPlatform\Preferences

2. 편집 메뉴에서 새로 만들기를 가리킨 다음 DWORD 값 을 누릅니다.
3. EnableSearchingSlowLibrariesInStartMenu를 입력한 다음 Enter 키를 누릅니다.
4. EnableSearchingSlowLibrariesInStartMenu에 값 1을 입력한 다음 확인을 클릭하십시오.
5. 레지스트리 편집기를 종료합니다.

참고 인덱싱되지 않은 라이브러리 검색 기능을 사용하지 않으려는 경우에는, EnableSearchingSlowLibrariesInStartMenu 레지스트리 항목 값을 0으로 설정하십시오.

Internet Explorer 15년 역사

1995년 최초로 발표된 이 후, 8월24일이면 마이크로소프트의 Internet Explorer 역사가 15년이 된다고 합니다. 많은 분들이 Internet Explorer 브라우저는 당연히 윈도우 운영체제에 포함되어 있으며, 처음부터 윈도우 운영체제와 함께 한 것으로 생각하시는 분들도 있겠지만, 실제로 Internet Explorer 브라우저의 역사는 윈도우 운영체제보다는 짧습니다. Internet Explorer가 운영체제에 포함되어 배포되기 시작한 시점은 Windows 98이 최초 였습니다. 실제 Windows 98과 Internet Explorer 4가 나오기 이전까지는, 일반적으로 Netscape라는 브라우저가 Internet Explorer 보다 훨씬 더 많이 사용되었습니다.

이제 Internet Explorer 1부터 앞으로 출시 예정인 Internet Explorer 9까지의 역사를 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.

Internet Explorer 1: 1995년 8월24일, 최초의 버전 Internet Explorer 1이 발표되었습니다. 이 때 Windows 95 운영체제에는 포함되지 않았으며, Windows 95 Plus! Pack에 포함되어 있었습니다. 당시 유명한 브라우저인 Netscape에 가려서 주목을 받지 못했습니다.

Internet Explorer 2: 1995년11월에 바로 Internet Explorer 2 버전이 발표 되었습니다. Windows 운영체제 이외에 Apple의 Mac을 추가 구동 가능한 버전이며, javascript, frames, Secure Socket Layer(SSL), cookies 및 newsgroups을 지원했습니다.

Internet Explorer 3: 1996년 8월에 빌표되었으며, CSS를 지원하였고 GUI가 많이 개선된 버전입니다. Internet Mail & News 1.0 (나중에 Outlook Express로 발전), NetMeeting, ActiveMovie 및 HTML Layout Control 등이 포함되었습니다. MIDI sound 파일 재생과 스트리밍 오디오 재생 등 멀티미디어 관련 기능이 추가되었습니다.

Internet Explorer 4: Internet Explorer 4는 1997년에 발표되었으며, 이 후 Windows 98 운영체제에 포함되었습니다. Internet Explorer 3에 비해 많은 성능 개선이 있었으며, 새로운 기능들이 추가되었습니다. 더불어 Active Desktop (Windows Desktop Update), Channels, Frontpage Express, Netshow, Web Publishing Wizard, Microsoft Chat 2.0 및 Progressive Networks의 Real Player 프로그램을 포함하였습니다. Internet Mail and News는 Outlook Express 4로 바뀌었습니다.

Internet Explorer 5: Internet Explorer 5는 Windows 98 SE(Second Edition)에 최초로 포함되어 배포되었습니다. Windows 98 SE가 Windows 98의 안정화에 중점을 두었던 것처럼, Internet Explorer 5는 Intrernet Explorer 4의 안정화와 성능 향상에 중점을 두었습니다. 가장 두더러진 변화 중 하나는 양방향 텍스트 지원 부분인데, 오른쪽에서 왼쪽으로 글을 쓰는 언어들을 지원할 수 있게 되었습니다. Internet Explorer 5부터 Blue E 로고가 물결치는 Windows 로고로 대체되었습니다.

Internet Explorer 6: Internet Explorer 6는 Windows XP에 포함되어 발표되었으며, Windows 95를 제외한 이전 Windows 운영체제도 설치 가능한 최초의 버전입니다. 실제 Windows XP의 장수 덕분에 현재까지도 Internet Explorer 6가 일부 사용되고 있습니다. 보안 및 사생활 보호 등의 기능 향상에 중점을 두었으며, Windows XP SP2와 함께 배포된 Internet Explorer 6에는 팝업 차단, 자동 애드온 설치 차단, 자동 파일 다운로드 차단 등의 보안 기능 향상에 중점을 두었습니다.

Internet Explorer 7: Internet Explorer 7는 Windows Vista에 포함되었으며, 완전히 새롭게 디자인된 룩(Look)에 탭 브라우징(tabbed browsing) 지원, RSS 프로토콜 지원, 피싱 차단 등의 새로운 기능이 추가되었습니다.

Internet Explorer 8: IE8은 2009년 3월19일에 발표되었으며, 2009년10월22일에 발표된 Windows 7 운영체제에 포함되었습니다. 엄격한 HTML 표준 준수에 중점을 두었으며, 이 때문에 IE8은 Acid2 테스트를 PASS하였습니다. 많은 XP 사용자들이 IE7 대신 IE8로 업그레이드를 하게 되었습니다.

Internet Explorer 9: IE9는 현재 개발 진행 중이며, 2010년 하반기에 베타 버전이 공개될 예정입니다.

MS Office 2010 제품 키 issue

해외 사이트에 MS Office 2010 제품 키 입력 시, 정품 인증 안되는 문제 관련하여 다음과 같은 글이 있어서 인용하였습니다.

 숫자 8과 영문자 B, 숫자 0과 영문자 O가 잘 구분되지 않는 경우, Windows 제품 키와 Office 제품 키 자리수가 동일하므로 Windows 제품 키를 입력하는 경우 등이 있으며, PKC(제품 키 카드)에 기재된 키 값은 Office 구매 웹 사이트에서 정품 구매 인증 시 사용하는 값이며, 실제로는 Office 구매 웹 사이트에서 정품 구매 인증 시에 정식 제품 키를 받아서 사용해야 한다는 제안 내용이 있습니다. 그래도 문제가 생기면 마이크로소프트 고객지원센터로 문의하라고 되어 있습니다.

 If you get this error or you are unable to unlock or activate Microsoft Office 2010, first please ensure that you are using the correct type of Office key and then try this:

• Check the numbers and letters on the product key. Sometimes the number eight (8) can resemble a capitalized B, and a number zero (0) can resemble a capitalized O. Copy the product key from an email message to avoid typing errors.
• Make sure that you are not using a product key from an older version of Office. These product keys will not work with Office 2010.
• Do not use a product key that might be attached to the bottom of your laptop, or on the back of your desktop computer. These are usually the Microsoft Windows product keys and will not work with Office 2010.
• If a Product Key Card was purchased at a retail store and activated at the register, do not use the key that is inside the card to unlock Office 2010. You must logon to the website listed on the card and follow the instructions to obtain the actual product key for the version of Office that you purchased.
• A product key for an Office 2010 stand-alone product (such as Microsoft Visio Professional 2010) will not be accepted as a product key for an Office 2010 suite. It is important to match the product key to the product for which it is specified.
• Volume License product keys will not be accepted for a retail Office 2010 product.

If this doesn’t help, you may have to contact Microsoft Support.

웹 주소 자동 완성용 핫키

Internet Explorer 8에서는 이전에 한 번 방문했던 사이트에 대해, www.OOOOOO.com 주소 중 OOOOOO만 입력하면 바로 해당 사이트로 이동 가능하지만, Internet Explorer 7이나 FireFox와 같은 브라우저에서는 다음과 같은 방법으로 www.와 .com 을 타이핑하지 않고도 자동으로 입력할 수 있습니다.

1. OOOOOO만 주소 입력 란에 먼저 입력합니다.

 

2. Ctrl + Enter 키를 동시에 누릅니다. 그러면 www.와 .com이 자동으로 입력됩니다.

3. .net 주소의 경우, Shift + Enter 핫키로 자동 입력이 가능합니다.
